Responsibilities:

  • Temp Payroll (Weekly)- Attendance ran daily, reported to temporary staffing agency daily.
  • FT Payroll (Bi-Weekly) Run Invalid Labor Reports, WAOT Reports, Make Corrections- Send file.
  • Attendance- Accurately track and maintain attendance and leave of absence (i.e. bereavement, FMLA, disability, jury duty) apply grace periods, give backs, using spreadsheet.
  • Attendance write ups issued weekly or when needed for 90-day probationary period.
  • FMLA/STD/LOA Management-Respond to emails, help employees with claims.
  • OT Report ran every Monday morning by 10 am.
  • Enter missing punches from Gate report, sign in sheets daily.
  • New Hire set up in KRONOS after orientation.
  • Update Kronos Data- SCNs.
  • Address Payroll Issues/Questions EAFs, HCFs.
  • Track and submit shoe reimbursements.
  • Draft and issue employee verifications/letters.
  • Track vacation.
  • Keep employee files accurate by conducting regular audits of all HR related data and information to ensure accuracy and data integrity.
  • Communicate with supervisors / team leads on approved employee leave of absence.
  • Able to efficiently work with all in the facility and communicate and help field employee questions and inquiries.
  • I-9 file maintenance.
  • Be a point of contact and maintain uniform vendor orders/invoices.
  • Assist as needed for crafting purchase orders and ordering office supplies.
  • Run reports out of SAP.
  • Post general communications on bulletin boards.
  • Able to be involved in teams within the facility.
  • Report all safety concerns and potential hazards to a supervisor. Participate in safety initiatives at the facility.
  • Attend to any duties designated by Human Resource Manager.
  • Responsible for upholding the KHMS standards detailed in the plant’s KHMS training program
