JOB SUMMARY:
- Basic up to $4000 + AWS + VB
- Location: Tuas (Company transport provided)
- Mon-Fri, 7.50am to 4.55pm
- 1 year contract (renewable)
- Semicon industry
REQUIREMENTS:
- Min 2 years of exp in HR/Recruitment
- Min. Diploma in Human Resources or relevant
- Knowledge and understanding of HR functions

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full recruitment and talent acquisition process, including managing job requisitions and updating manpower transactions.
- Post job openings across various internal and external channels, and collaborate with recruitment agencies to find suitable candidates.
- Conduct interviews and screenings to select candidates that meet the requirements of hiring managers.
- Handle work pass administration and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
- Organize career talks, job fairs, and coordinate workplace health promotion and recreational activities, while also preparing monthly recruitment reports and assisting in developing recruitment strategies.
