Description:
We are looking for an H.R Assistant(Talent Acquisition Specialist), who can join immediately in our team. Candidates should have prior experience in Recruitment.
Screening and sourcing the candidates
Maintain bio-metric system in different office locations and generate daily attendance report. Coordinate with timekeeper for daily site staff daily attendance and update in the system on daily basis.
Assist in Monthly payroll Preparation, overtime, addition and deletion of employee’s name and bank details.
Assist in preboarding and onboarding process.
Monitoring the validity of staff visas, Work Permits, and passports to renew or extend it before the expiry date.
Preference for Male Candidates only.
