Responsibilities:
- Keep employee records organised and ensure HR databases are always up-to-date with absence records, holidays, and payroll details.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Ensure weekly departmental rotas are completed accurately and address any issues or inconsistencies promptly.
- Communicate discrepancies or concerns with the appropriate Heads of Department and team members to resolve matters efficiently.
- Respond to HR-related queries with professionalism and provide clear guidance to employees.
- Support HR processes by organising documents, preparing reports, and coordinating meetings or events.
- Manage staff birthdays by preparing cards, maintaining a birthday list, and supporting monthly celebrations.
- Assist with organising staff events to promote engagement and team-building.
- Champion initiatives that enhance employee wellbeing and foster a positive workplace culture.
