We are looking for a Human Resources Associate, to be part of our HR team based in Dubai, UAE.
This is an outsourced fixed term (12 months) position.
The successful incumbent will be responsible to provide efficient and effective execution of HR processes and provide support to HR Head and/or HRBP in HR processes operations, support to employees in handling HR related inquiries and effectively manage day-to-day HR transactions in coordination with HR Head/HRBP, stakeholders & COEs.
The position reports to the Head of HR NEUAE.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelors degree in HR or related field
  • 2 - 4 years of experience as HR Generalist with exposure to different HR functionalities (hiring, onboarding, talent & performance management, total rewards)
  • Previous working experience with HR Systems (SuccessFactors, SAP)
  • Business fluent in English
  • Proven analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel
  • Proactive and agile approach
  • Motivated to make quick and accurate decisions to deliver innovative solutions
  • Excellent communicator with strong orientation towards understanding customer needs
  • Capable of organizing, planning, and prioritizing tasks

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations-processes in the operating unit (OPU) and act as HR representative in HR operational projects
  • Hiring and Onboarding of New hires in Sales, partnering with hiring managers and coordinating with the regional Talent Acquisition team
  • Provide support to HR Head & HRBP for the management and reporting of employee performance & talent management process
  • Assist HRD / HRBP in workforce planning process
  • Prepare and follow-up monthly headcount and HR reports
  • Coordinate with relevant team for payroll updates, and coordinate salaries and benefits related administration within the respective region and Regional COE(as applicable)
  • Maintain and regularly check employee database and provide reports, dashboards (as applicable)
  • Support HR Head and/or HRBP in execution of HR wide programs & projects
  • Support HR Head / HRBP in identifying training and development needs of employees
  • Coordinate with regional COE team wide training programs (as needed)
