Typical Accountabilities:
- Conduct studies and provide recommendation related to compensation & benefit policies
- Work closely with the payroll team to ensure accurate salary and benefits processing.
- Prepare annual manpower cost and non-manpower cost budget, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Support the annual merit increase & salary increase processes, including data preparation, analysis, and reporting.
- Responsible for gathering, organizing, and updating information related to employee compensation (e.g., salaries, bonuses) and benefits (e.g., health insurance, retirement plans)
