Responsibilities:

  • Provides customer focused HR programs, services and consultation to enhance individual, team, management and business performance consistent with company’s values, philosophies, policies and programs.
  • Responsible for worldwide employee data management, including setting up new employee records, acquisitions, mass changes handling, maintaining up-to-date employee data.
  • Provides HR services/support/consultation to employees and managers across regions.
  • Ensures data entry processes are SOX compliant and internal controls are in accordance with audit guidelines.
  • Ensures requests are attended on timely manner as per Service Level Agreement.
  • Works on human resources assignments with broadly defined objectives and delivers as per timeline agreed.
  • Strict observance of data privacy at all times.
  • Solves straight-forward issues, challenges and problems within field of specialization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree or University Degree or equivalent.
  • 1 - 2 years relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of SuccessFactors would be an added advantage.
  • A team player with pleasant personality, good attitude, and the ability to work independently
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong in excel functionalities, preferably advance level
