Responsibilities:
- Provides customer focused HR programs, services and consultation to enhance individual, team, management and business performance consistent with company’s values, philosophies, policies and programs.
- Responsible for worldwide employee data management, including setting up new employee records, acquisitions, mass changes handling, maintaining up-to-date employee data.
- Provides HR services/support/consultation to employees and managers across regions.
- Ensures data entry processes are SOX compliant and internal controls are in accordance with audit guidelines.
- Ensures requests are attended on timely manner as per Service Level Agreement.
- Works on human resources assignments with broadly defined objectives and delivers as per timeline agreed.
- Strict observance of data privacy at all times.
- Solves straight-forward issues, challenges and problems within field of specialization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree or University Degree or equivalent.
- 1 - 2 years relevant experience.
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors would be an added advantage.
- A team player with pleasant personality, good attitude, and the ability to work independently
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong in excel functionalities, preferably advance level
