Description:
POSITION SUMMARY:
The HR Generalist position participates in the day to day operations of the Human Resource office through administration of policies, procedures and programs. Share in the responsibility of all HR related functional areas including payroll administration, benefits, Human Resource Information Systems and hourly recruiting.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field
Internships/co-ops in HR required
Must possess the highest level of professionalism and ethical standards
Must possess good interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution
Prefer Qualifications
Experience working in a union facility
2+ years experience in HR
