About you: The role collaborates with the Employee Success (ES) Business Partner (ESBP) to provide proactive, commercially-focused support to the Sales and Marketing function, aiding significant growth and transformation. Key responsibilities include daily support to the wider Sales and Marketing organization, implementing local HR strategies aligned with company goals, translating central ES programs and communications, and collaborating with the global Adviser team on employee relations cases to inform local decisions on performance and structure. As a proactive change agent, you will enhance leaders’ awareness and understanding, continuously review and improve processes, and oversee strategy, performance, capability, and culture across functions. You will handle complex situations pragmatically, support the employee experience, and achieve desired business outcomes. Additionally, you will lead and coordinate projects, working collaboratively across the ES Team and with Sales and Marketing leadership to drive the people agenda. Day-to-day, you will: • Provide day-to-day HR consultancy to the Leadership Team and wider population, supporting the integration of new acquisitions and facilitating smooth transitions. • Collaborate with key stakeholders, global ES teams, and advisers to understand employee relations cases, enhance leader awareness, and support HR initiatives. • Assist in workforce planning, succession planning, strategic restructures, and high-performance embedding, including KPI setting and performance reviews. • Analyze and present HR data, track engagement metrics, and lead HR projects to support the people agenda and organizational growth. Your skills and experiences might also include: • Entry-level business partnering experience in a fast-paced, matrix environment, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • Solutions-focused, forward-thinking, and proficient in UK & I employment legislation. • Comfortable with a common-sense HR culture, self-driven, and resilient with a passion for continuous learning. • Strong IT skills (Excel and PowerPoint) and a team player mindset, ready to adapt and embrace change.
