QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR, preferably as an HR Generalist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse groups and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications

Responsibilities:
- Managing the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring activities.
- Coordinating and administering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance assessments.
- Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Assisting in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Providing support to employees on HR-related inquiries and issues.
- Collaborating with other teams to address HR needs and promote a positive work culture.
- Assisting in organizing company events and employee engagement initiatives.
