Description:

Environment Control Phoenix is seeking a dedicated Bilingual HR Generalist to join our team. We specialize in janitorial services and are committed to providing a positive work environment for our employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Source, screen, and interview candidates. Coordinate new hire onboarding.
  • Employee Relations Compliance: Stay updated on employment laws, ensure compliance.
  • Benefits Administration: Assist with enrollment, collaborate with providers.
  • Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate employee records.
  • Specific Duties: Manage health insurance, worker’s comp claims, EEOC reporting. Company events coordination.
  • Maintain regular communication with HR and Operations teams.
  • Place weekly recruitment advertisements.
  • Minimum of 2 years previous HR experience
  • Understanding of employment laws and rights
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills
  • Strong understanding of Human Resources
  • Ability to work effectively and meet deadlines
  • Must pass a Criminal Background Check
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Organized and professional

Schedule:

  • Full-Time
  • Monday to Friday9:00AM - 5:00 PM
