Description:
Environment Control Phoenix is seeking a dedicated Bilingual HR Generalist to join our team. We specialize in janitorial services and are committed to providing a positive work environment for our employees.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Source, screen, and interview candidates. Coordinate new hire onboarding.
- Employee Relations Compliance: Stay updated on employment laws, ensure compliance.
- Benefits Administration: Assist with enrollment, collaborate with providers.
- Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate employee records.
- Specific Duties: Manage health insurance, worker’s comp claims, EEOC reporting. Company events coordination.
- Maintain regular communication with HR and Operations teams.
- Place weekly recruitment advertisements.
- Minimum of 2 years previous HR experience
- Understanding of employment laws and rights
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Strong understanding of Human Resources
- Ability to work effectively and meet deadlines
- Must pass a Criminal Background Check
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Organized and professional
Schedule:
- Full-Time
Monday to Friday9:00AM - 5:00 PM
