Job Overview: The HR Brand Specialist will play a key role in building and promoting A&D Mortgages employer brand. This position is responsible for developing and executing strategies that attract top talent, engage current employees, and position the company as an employer of choice. The HR Brand Specialist will work closely with the HR, Marketing, and Communications teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with our company values and culture.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in employer branding, HR, marketing, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages.
- Experience in project management and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners.
- Knowledge of the mortgage industry is a plus, but not required.
