This is an opportunity to become a strategic partner, bridge the gap between management and employees, lead HR initiatives that align with our business goals.
Provide solutions to enhance workforce performance, resolve HR challenges, and foster a thriving workplace culture.
As an HR Business Advisor, you will work closely with managers and senior leaders to implement strategic HR initiatives. This role requires a proactive individual with strong interpersonal skills, capable of navigating complex HR issues and driving strategic initiatives within the organization

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES, AND SKILLS

  • 4-9 years of Human Resource experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Understanding of German labor law
  • Knowledge of people practices in a business setting
  • Project management abilities and process improvement skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical and technical skills
  • Ability to navigate a global matrix organization
  • Collaborative with strong relationship-building skills
  • Proven coaching skills and risk mitigation experience
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES, AND SKILLS

  • Advanced degree desired
  • Previous HR Business Advisor experience preferred
