We are currently looking for a colleague who will join us as HR Business Analyst - intern working with digitalization products and projects.
We are the People Services Digitalization team, whose purpose is to work with established and emerging digital technologies to transform how People & Culture in Volvo Group operates. In the team, we put emphasis on startup culture values to make a real impact on the organization.

• Actively participate in team Agile events
• Support in coordinating RPA opportunities and assessment meetings
• Maintain RPA opportunities list using Uipath Automation Hub
• Create a business case for automation and collect business requirements
• Create and maintain documentation (e.g. Process Design Document and process maps)
• Support in the study into the Uipath Insights tool
• Support User Acceptance Testing
• Facilitate the collaboration between the Digital Delivery Team, and the parties receiving the automation
• Support change management activities
• Track progress of development and update stakeholders accordingly
• Collaborate with business partners and leaders on the global level
