MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Management Accounting or Financial Accounting
• Minimum of 3 years working experience in related field
• Working experience in a finance related role,
• Knowledge of IFRS, with basic consolidation accounting.
• Experience with Power BI reporting

• Responsible for headcount reconciliation between SAP and payroll system.
• Support with monthly local and global reporting on HC and overtime for Plant Operations.
• Assist with Skills and EE reporting in Power BI, creating reports on gender, age,etc.
• Different types of reporting in Power BI to assist HR Director to ensure informed decision making.
• Running and distribution of all month end payroll reports to stakeholders.
• Actively involved in estimate activities related to HR Salary cost and Headcount.
• Analysis between actuals vs estimates on salary cost and provide commentary.
• Analyze Cost Centre reports and advice HR Director.
• Prepare monthly Claims report for management reporting.
• Aligning SAP account journals – SAP and Payroll mapping
• Close collaboration with Finance, Group Financial Reporting and Internal Control
• Involvement in internal and external Audits
• Always implement UD Trucks policies and procedures in a compliant environment.
• Actively involved in deployment and monitoring of Internal control process
