As the HR Business Partner (HRBP) at NS BlueScope, you will report directly to the VP HR Regional Head Offices and play a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end HR aspects of the local Singapore office. This position is based on a 1-year contract.

Responsibilities:
- HR Guidance: Provide comprehensive HR guidance to employees and business stakeholders on people-centric matters, including talent acquisition, talent management, learning and development, employee relations, and HR policies.
- HR Projects : Execute HR projects relevant to the Joint Venture and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- HRIS Management : Maintain and update the HRIS (WorkDay) system to ensure accurate information management.
- Learning and Development : Design and implement learning and development plans, coaching line managers and employees to ensure sustained focus and improvement
- Employee Engagement : Drive employee engagement activities, including initiatives related to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I).
- Performance Management : Manage the performance management cycle and provide necessary training to managers and employees.
- Payroll and Compliance : Oversee payroll processes and ensure compliance with all statutory reporting and regulatory requirements.
- Internal Communication: Foster effective internal communication and engagement, ensuring that all employee-related messages are clearly and consistently conveyed.
