SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role, with a focus on managing HR projects and change management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable HR initiatives.
- A progressive, non-bureaucratic approach to HR
- An ability to work in an agile way. Comfortable with ambiguity.
- Enjoy working in an entrepreneurial culture that moves quickly and requires rapid response and the ability to make quick, sound decisions.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal requirements
- Strong understanding of change management principles and experience leading organisational change initiatives
- Ability to collaborate and build strong cross-functional relationships.

Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) with a project focus will play a dual role in providing HR support to business units while leading and managing key HR projects that align with organisational goals specifically around change management. This position acts as a trusted advisor to business leaders, ensuring HR practices support operational excellence, and drives impactful HR initiative.
This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, operational expertise, and project management acumen, making it ideal for HR professionals passionate about driving meaningful change within an organisation
You will be joining a team of experienced HR professionals who are working to create these best-in-class programmes, initiatives and strategies in Supply Chain & Retail and the wider businesses, with Workday as the HR foundation.
