We are looking for a highly motivated HRBP for warehouse operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws, employment practices, and HR policies and procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyse data and make informed HR recommendations.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and other HR-related software.
  • Flexibility to travel between our warehouse locations and work 6 hours/8 hours per day,

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with warehouse leadership to understand business objectives and provide strategic HR support and guidance.

  • Implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

  • Facilitate employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to support recruitment and selection processes for warehouse positions.
  • Provide guidance and support on employee onboarding, training, and development initiatives.
  • Conduct regular HR audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • Analyse HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, including employee surveys, recognition programs, and communication strategies.
  • Stay updated with HR best practices and industry trends to continuously improve HR processes.
