(WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS)

We are looking for a highly motivated HRBP for warehouse operations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, employment practices, and HR policies and procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyse data and make informed HR recommendations.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and other HR-related software.
- Flexibility to travel between our warehouse locations and work 6 hours/8 hours per day,
Responsibilities:
Partner with warehouse leadership to understand business objectives and provide strategic HR support and guidance.
Implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Facilitate employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to support recruitment and selection processes for warehouse positions.
- Provide guidance and support on employee onboarding, training, and development initiatives.
- Conduct regular HR audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Analyse HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, including employee surveys, recognition programs, and communication strategies.
- Stay updated with HR best practices and industry trends to continuously improve HR processes.
