Description:
- Reporting to the VP of HR, ANZ
- To act as the focal point for all HR services within the Adecco NZ Business
- Form strong working relationships at all levels of the organization
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resource Management ideally having served as a Human Resources Business Partner in a sales environment
- Master’s/ bachelor’s Degree in HRM/Psychology or Human Behavior related studies
- A proven track record business partnering with the ability to form positive working relationships and outcomes
- Experience in succession planning and annual performance reviews
- Experience in NZ employee relations, including effectively managing underperformance, investigations and grievance management, and IR/ER case management
- Exposure to reward ideally remuneration reviews, bonus & STI plans, job grading and market bands
- Excellent command of Business English, with both written & oral communication skills
- Pro-active with a hands-on mentality and a positive attitude
- Strong listening skills to both internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize work and focus on high-priority tasks

Responsibilities:
- Act as the main Point of Contact for people related matters for the Adecco New Zealand Business Unit
- Partners with and coordinates with the Regional HR COEs (Reward, HR Ops, Talent Mgmt, TA) to ensure the effective delivery of shared HR Services
- Establishes trusted and influential relationships at all levels of management, whilst acting as the employee advocate when required
- Provides consultation and trusted advice on all HR related matters
- Leads annual cyclical HR processes including goal setting, performance reviews, remuneration reviews and talent reviews/succession planning
- Promote Adecco’s culture & strategies to maximize employee engagement, wellbeing & retention
- Provide data led insights in relation to hiring, promotions, turnover, retention, engagement, tenure distribution, gender, FTE, Leave Liability etc
- Ensure complete compliance with HR policies and procedures and local legislation Leads HR Projects as required
