Description:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in a fast-paced HR People Partner role, with a strong generalist background.
- Experience managing teams and leading people-related projects.
- Strong experience working closely with senior leaders, with the ability to influence and challenge where necessary.
- Passionate about delivering an exceptional employee experience.
- Proactive and always seeking ways to improve processes and avoid maintaining the status quo.
- Ability to quickly build relationships through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth HR knowledge with a strong understanding of UK employment law and experience in the UK HR market. Experience in other EMEA countries is a plus.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR policies and best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of the business to proactively support functional managers in making informed decisions that contribute to both business success and a positive workplace culture.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with the core Management in UK , becoming an integral part of the team by participating in key meetings and being involved in functional decision-making processes.
- Advise on organizational design to enhance departmental structures, processes, and workflows, helping teams operate more efficiently.
- Demonstrate solid Employee Relations (ER) knowledge and a strong understanding of employment legislation, enabling you to guide managers and lead ER cases appropriately.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team, actively participating in recruitment efforts, from interviewing and making offers to supporting the onboarding process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Analyze data to spot trends, and provide solutions that improve performance, retention, and employee engagement.
- Coach managers to develop their leadership skills, foster high-performing, motivated teams, and help unlock the potential of the organization’s talent.
- Work closely with the HR Shared Service Centre and Compensation & Benefits teams to ensure the broader People Team operates as a strategic, forward-thinking function.
- Advocate for diversity and inclusion, ensuring these values are embedded in the employee journey, policies, and practices.
- Lead initiatives across the employee life cycle, including performance and talent management, as well as the annual promotion process.
- Serve as a point of contact for managers and employees, providing guidance on general HR queries, policies, and processes.
- Organize events that promote employee engagement and foster the company’s culture and values across teams in the UK.
