WE CURRENTLY HAVE AN AMAZING OPPORTUNITY FOR AN EXPERIENCED HR BUSINESS PARTNER TO JOIN OUR GLOBAL PEOPLE SUCCESS TALENT TEAM AT OUR HQ IN LIMERICK
You’ll be joining a team of seventeen, based in Germany, Netherlands, North America, Philippines, and our Global HQ in Ireland.
This role works closely with organizational senior leaders to develop and implement HR initiatives that support the organization’s growth and overall strategies.
As a HR Business Partner, you will function as a consultant to management on strategic planning, managing and overseeing the HR agenda in specific Business Units, identifying and implementing HR strategies to support the organization’s goals, and assisting with change management processes.
The HR Business Partner ensures that the organization’s human resources needs are properly aligned with both the business unit and organization’s overall strategic goals. This role is critical in ensuring that the company’s HR practices are effective, fair, and in compliance with relevant regulations.
Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures to support the delivery of the key business objectives
- Deliver comprehensive HR service to the business, act as the point of contact for the employees and managers in the EMEA region
- Drive the recruitment, retention and development of key talent across the business
- Nurture a collaborative culture and positive working environment to drive continuous improvement while striving for excellence.
- Develop and maintain competitive salary and benefit programs
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance in all human resource functions including but not limited to benefits, employee relations and recruitment
- Collaborate with internal departments, including Finance, Global HR and LD on employee development and changes
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues in collaboration with senior managers
A PROVEN TRACK RECORD OF AT LEAST 3 YEARS IN A HR BUSINESS PARTNER ROLE WORKING WITH TEAMS IN IRELAND AND EMEA
- Skilled in communication, you bring clarity, strengthen connections among colleagues, and cultivate a culture of collaboration.
- You are based in Limerick and have a fluent command of English. German or Dutch would be an advantage, but are not essential
