Description:

LOCATION, WORK ENVIRONMENT & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Hybrid Working: Based in Kings Hill with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home
  • Travel Requirement: Expectation to travel to Ireland up to once a month
  • Compensation: Competitive salary and package
  • Qualification: Must be CIPD Level 5 Qualified.

Responsibilities:

JOB PURPOSE:

To support Amtivo’s European People function, working closely with key internal and external stakeholders in the development and implementation of its People Strategy, practices and regulations that enable the business to meet the Budget and 3YP.

The HRBP is accountable through the business cycle for:

  • Supporting in the planning, delivery and maintenance of the People Strategy that enable the achievement of the budget and 3YP
  • Working with key stakeholders to support the development of staff ensuring with have the required capabilities required to support the delivery of the 3YP
  • Working with across the UK and Ireland, liaising with key stakeholders to effectively develop and maintain employee relationships, engagement and communication
