Description:

A Real Estate and Construction company in Abuja is looking for an experienced HR business partner to align employees’ efforts with the organization’s goals.

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 8 years as a HR Business Partner
  • Excellent communications strategist
  • A disciplined individual with high moral and ethical standards
  • CIPM, HRM, SHRM, PHRi etc is required.
  • A firm personality and high emotional intelligence
  • Relevant experience as a performance manager is required
  • Impeccable IT skills (HR software, ERP, Productivity tools, templating etc)
  • Excellent administrator and records keeper
  • Verifiable track record in implementing policies and standards
  • Practical knowledge of organizational development, policy formulation, HR interventions, corporate goal alignment and change management
  • Availability to resume ASAP is a plus
