Day to day duties

Responsibilities:

  • Consults with business leaders and management to foster and promote the engagement of Azets Values at all levels
  • Plays a strategic role supporting the business with the People Agenda and each regional needs
  • Analyses HR MI to develop strategies and solutions around issues or concerns with any findings
  • Works with HR Services to support ER cases and performance issues raised within the region or function
  • Establishes a thorough understanding of each office, its goals, opportunities, and challenges, and uses this with their people expertise (plus any people data), to identify, develop, agree and deliver an office People Plan that is aligned to the business objectives and overarching People Plan
  • Delivers a Business Partnering service that influences and builds relationships with Partners and line managers, whilst also acting as a trusted partner and a coach
  • Works with the Talent Acquisition team to support their strategies to effectively attract and recruit talent
  • Supports and manages the talent profile of employees within the business, including critical roles, succession planning and organisational design
  • Works with the Talent Development team to identify training needs across the offices and practical learning solutions
  • Acts as a local point of people expertise for specialist teams that are implementing new people approaches
  • Actively participates in project teams and effectively implement people initiatives, ensuring that
  • key deliverables are met within specified timelines
  • Coaches and provides feedback to key stakeholders to help improve business efficiency and productivity
  • Questions and challenges others to get to the root of people and business issues Works closely with Partners to strengthen the Company culture and values and employee experience by improving employee engagement and retention
  • Coaches Partners and line managers on performance management processes and remuneration practices
  • Work closely with HR services to roll out both national and regional initiatives
