Description:
HR BUSINESS PARTNER
As an HR Business Partner at MAG45, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in a growing international organization (operating across Europe, Asia, and North America) with a rich history. You will be based at our hub in Brno, Czech Republic, joining a team that includes two Business Partners and one Management Assistant who work at our headquarters in Eindhoven, the Netherlands. You will report directly to the CHRO.
In this generalist HR role, you’ll tackle a wide range of HR themes with a particular focus on recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and absenteeism. Additionally, you’ll participate in projects in the areas of Compensation & Benefits and Onboarding.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- A completed Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or Organizational Sciences;
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner;
- Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English;
- Familiarity with AFAS is a plus;
- A results-oriented approach, with the ability to advise at the MT and DT level on various HR matters.

Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and advise management and employees, fostering team building and coaching where necessary;
- Oversee and manage employee contracts, both domestic and international, ensuring compliance with national and international regulations;
- Coach, advise (both proactively and on request), and provide guidance on the hiring, promotion, and exit of employees in the Netherlands and abroad;
- Identify and recommend improvements for current procedures (such as salary frameworks, job matrices, bonus systems, and LTI systems);
- Lead the recruitment process, conduct interviews, and handle employment terms discussions. MAG45 offers various recruitment tools to support you in this process;
- Serve as a case manager for complex absenteeism cases.
