Description:
Responsibilities:
- Be a trusted advisor to stakeholders through influencing and providing expert advice and coaching on all aspects of the HR life cycle.
- Working in close collaboration with the Site teams on the effective and timely execution of all people programs
- Proactively deliver HR expertise and support through excellence in service, communication, technical HR skills and operational delivery.
- Ensure effective performance management processes and reviews across the business to enable career development and an effective talent pipeline.
- Provide critical insights and recommendations to Site Management, Senior Management & our Leadership Team on work force planning.
- Scenario plan and work with key stakeholders to provide optionality to Senior Management around future resource plan within Cairn
- Management and resolution of ER issues – analysing the challenges and identify underlying causes and the appropriate solutions for individuals and the business, ensuring all matters that arise are managed efficiently.
- Management and mitigation of IR issues as they arise.
- Collaboration with the People Team in the development, implementation and maintenance of best practice HR Polices, in line with employment legislation, to support all business units.
- Develop a focused talent strategy, appointing, developing and supporting the retention of key people to deliver excellence for both present and future organisational needs.
- Oversee the effective delivery of the Graduate programme in collaboration with our Institutional partners.
- Implementing HR projects and HR system upgrades.
