The role will be integral in managing recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention initiatives for early careers, helping shape the future of their workforce.

Responsibilities:

WHAT WILL THE HR BUSINESS PARTNER ROLE INVOLVE

  • Early Careers Recruitment: Oversee the recruitment process for graduate in take and apprentices, including campus outreach, application reviews, and interview scheduling.
  • Program Management: Support the coordination of graduate and apprenticeship programs, working with departments to ensure a seamless experience for candidates from recruitment through qualification.
  • Career Development: Guide and support trainees through their development journey, providing advice on rotations, skills enhancement, and networking opportunities.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with internal teams, educational institutions, and external partners to attract diverse, high-quality candidates and enhance the firm’s reputation in early careers recruitment.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Champion their commitment to D&I by developing and promoting initiatives that support an inclusive and equitable workplace for all.
