• Providing expert guidance and strategic input on HR-related issues to our business leaders and executive teams.
• Developing and maintaining positive employee relations, addressing concerns, and resolving conflicts effectively.
• Overseeing performance management systems, coaching managers on effective practices, and driving employee development initiatives.
• Leading core HR processes to enhance organisational effectiveness, including HRIS management and process improvements.

Developing and implementing talent management strategies, including succession planning and career development programmes.

• Providing expert guidance and strategic input on HR-related issues to our business leaders and executive teams.
