REQUIREMENTS
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR roles (HR generalist/ HR advisor)
- Experience in strategic HR planning and implementation.
Skills:
- Fluent Hungarian + English skills
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
Competencies:
- Strategic thinking and business acumen
- Ability to influence and drive change within the organization
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities:
BASIC PURPOSE OF ROLE
Support employees and the business leaders on a daily basis being a “business partner”. Ensure that Human Resources provides the highest support at all times towards the internal Hungary employees.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Compensation & Benefit
o payroll administration – timesheets, sick leave documents, vacation, etc)
o assistance with regards to the bonus, promotion, salary revision cycles.
- Legal documents & follow up
o contract modifications, job descriptions, deputation,
o study contracts, language courses, etc. in cooperation with the HR Shared Services Team.
- Answer requests and questions from leaders and employees during and outside customer service hours and in email, chat.
- Regular consultation (1:1 meetings) with Senior Leaders.
- Talent development:
o Participate on internal interviews and Assessment Centers for leadership roles,
o Participate in Leadership Foundation Program coordination (provides feedback to the candidates and defines the development plan based on the Personality test results)
o Hold trainings for leaders (e.g. HR induction for new leaders).
- Handles daily conflicts within the projects after consultation with HR Team Lead.
- Performance management follow up and coordination of PIP’s where necessary. Handles disciplinary cases if necessary.
- Participates in or drives termination discussions with employees.
- Conducts exit interviews and prepares analyses. Ensures that feedback is provided to the leaders and actions are followed through.
- Prepare and participate in audits (internal, external) to ensure compliance.
- Initiates new processes where necessary and improves existing policies/processes. Ensures that the employees follow these.
- Coordinate HR events, support employee engagement programs.
- Other ad hoc tasks, projects assigned by the HR Senior Manager.
