Job Description
- To partner with the Business Head and Management in achieving organizational and operations HR gains & efficient service to all employees & adhering to HR SLA’s/Policies & Procedures.
- Solid experience with HR practices and employee management.
- Communicate with General Manager and with senior managers to express new ideas and suggest solutions, considering budget limitations and company culture.
PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
- Aid and facilitate the performance management process within CNS.
- Work with Line Managers to ensure that all performance metrics are aligned with company strategic objectives.
- Work with senior management to ensure job definition and job descriptions are up to date as per company format.
- Liaise with Corporate L&D Department and Group HRD to ensure that the performance management system and related processes are adhered to as per group policy.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors or higher from a reputable university
- MSc in Human resources or Psychology
- CIPD Level 5 or higher
Additional Information
EXPERIENCE
- 10 years experience or more in HR with 4+ years as a HRBP or HR Lead for a technology organization
- Experience in a competitor or similar system integrator
- Experience in ATS portals SmartRecruiters
