Description:

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

Reporting to the Lead HR Manager for Ireland, the successful candidate will be responsible for the provision of comprehensive Human Resource services in a fast-paced team.

  • In this role, you will coach, support and advise People Managers, aiming to develop and enhance the quality of People Management throughout the colleague lifecycle.
  • This is a great opportunity for a Human Resource Business Partner or Employee Relations professional, and provides exposure to Business leaders, HR Centres of Excellence (CoE) and our wider global People Function team.
  • You will have the opportunity to counsel on people matters in a company where the People Function is a strategic partner.
