Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with the business leadership team as a trusted partner, offering guidance on human resource practices and strategies that align with our values, business, and goals.
  • Supports management and employees by offering thoughtful human resources advice, counsel, gathering and analyzing information, and directing them to the appropriate resources to resolve issues.
  • Provide insight and leadership into operational issues, goals, and strategic HR initiatives.
  • Champion excellence in core HR processes such as leadership and employee development, performance management, reward and recognition, employee engagement, and communications.
  • Working with the management team in recruitment and hiring, develop appropriate offer letters, and oversight of compensation.
  • Work closely with HR leadership at Gates Headquarters as well as counterparts in other businesses and groups to ensure consistency and alignment.
  • Manage labor and employee relations matters and ensure legislative compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and recognition programs for the business.
  • Communicate and implement corporate-wide HR initiatives across the business.
  • Performs on-site training and works with Talent Management COE to execute various training activities.
  • AdHoc duties as assigned.
