Purpose of the role:

The HR Business Partner will be responsible for supporting end to end HR delivery and performance of Global Controllers Group and Supply Finance.
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Build and deliver Multi Year Talent Plans to ensure diverse and competitively advantaged talent pipelines.
- Drive performance management and annual rewards cycle agenda, engage, coach, support the leadership team and occasionally individuals.
- Partner leadership teams in driving employee engagement, support the delivery of activities.
- Represent, encourage and support leaders and associates at delivering corporate cultural initiatives.
- Lead the execution of local implementation of large-scale organizational and organizational structure changes, in line with country regulations / policies.
- Formulate, recommend, and interpret HR policies to meet the objectives of Diageo.
- Ensure management practices comply with current policies and applicable statutory regulations.
- Support great employee relations, including counseling, performance problems and advancement issues.
- Manage basic HR processes and general reporting in Workday.
Key requirements and skills:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in human resources or minimum 2 years’ experience in a comparable field.
- Degree preferably in the field of Economics, or Human Resources subject area or other relevant fields.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Very good people analytics skills and literacy in handling data and reports, using Workday and Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal skills – ability to interact at different levels in a professional and positive manner.
- Self-driven personality and ability to manage activities in a solution oriented and independent manner.
- Well-organized, efficient in approach and able to deal with multiple priorities.
- Curiosity and learning agility – eagerness to develop oneself and to find ways to increase work efficiency by using modern tools and technology.
- Full accountability for driving agenda and own the results delivery.
