Responsibilities:

  • Champion Drivemode’s growth and foster a diverse and inclusive culture
  • Align HR initiatives with business priorities to support the company’s expansion
  • Develop and nurture partnerships with leaders and employees to grasp their unique needs and translate them into organizational and people-focused opportunities
  • Drive performance management, talent development & feedback, retention & engagement as well as compensation programs
  • Analyze organizational needs, and propose, design, and implement talent management initiatives based on Drivemode culture
  • Provide counsel and guidance on employee-related matters
  • Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to enhance the employee experience throughout the entire lifecycle
  • Analyze trends & use data to develop people’s insights and influence positive change
