Responsibilities:
- Champion Drivemode’s growth and foster a diverse and inclusive culture
- Align HR initiatives with business priorities to support the company’s expansion
- Develop and nurture partnerships with leaders and employees to grasp their unique needs and translate them into organizational and people-focused opportunities
- Drive performance management, talent development & feedback, retention & engagement as well as compensation programs
- Analyze organizational needs, and propose, design, and implement talent management initiatives based on Drivemode culture
- Provide counsel and guidance on employee-related matters
- Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to enhance the employee experience throughout the entire lifecycle
- Analyze trends & use data to develop people’s insights and influence positive change
