To be successful in the role of HR Business Partner you will be equipped with the skills to work in an extremely varied, fast pace role whilst providing a high level of customer service.
In addition it is important that you are comfortable working with people metrics and confident to use data and analytics to understand and identify opportunities for further improvement.
The successful candidate will preferably have worked in an HR Business Partnering capacity. You are an experienced, confident, commercially aware business partner with strong communication and influencing skills being able to liaise effectively and build relationships at all levels.

Responsibilities:

This is a great opportunity for a confident, enthusiastic and driven HR Business Partner who thrives in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
We are looking to recruit a dedicated and passionate HRBP to join our Business Partnering team on a permanent basis. You will act as a trusted advisor, partnering the East Kent Colleges Group leadership and management teams on all people related activity to deliver group wide objectives at operational, tactical and strategic levels.
Our HR Business Partners are an integral part of the People Services team, supporting the company in a generalist capacity to develop effective business relationships with key stakeholders and to deliver the overarching HR strategy and business objectives.
A key part of the HRBP’s role is the cultivation of a culture, which enables leaders to create the right environment where people thrive and feel included, valued and respected
You will be one of 5 HR Business Partners, each with a portfolio of business units working across our 6 sites in Ashford, Folkestone, Dover, Broadstairs, Canterbury and Sheppey. This position is for the Canterbury College, HR Business Partner.
Full or part time hours will be considered and happy to discuss flexible working.
