Description:

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS THAT SET YOU APART:

Higher education (HR, psychology or business management),
Minimum 5 years - experience in HR area,
Polish - Fluent
Strong professional command of the English language,
Communication and collaboration skills,
Organizational and project management skills,
Ability to work in the dynamic environment,
Experience in supporting of manufacturing area is additional advantage.

Responsibilities:

Business support and consultancy in the field of HR tools, communication and labor law,
Support for managers in the verification of human resources potential, setting goals,
periodic assessment of employees, identification of talents and succession, ensuring
business continuity, review of salaries and promotions,
Responsibility for onboarding processes for the new employees (trainings),
Internal trainer function - develop, and conduct training in accordance with the established
program,
Recruitment activities including cooperation with external staff agencies,
Building a positive image of the employer in the local market (employer branding) –
propose and implement the accepted actions,
Creating and update of regulations, procedures connected with the position,
Running other HR projects.
