Description:
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS THAT SET YOU APART:
Higher education (HR, psychology or business management),
Minimum 5 years - experience in HR area,
Polish - Fluent
Strong professional command of the English language,
Communication and collaboration skills,
Organizational and project management skills,
Ability to work in the dynamic environment,
Experience in supporting of manufacturing area is additional advantage.
Responsibilities:
Business support and consultancy in the field of HR tools, communication and labor law,
Support for managers in the verification of human resources potential, setting goals,
periodic assessment of employees, identification of talents and succession, ensuring
business continuity, review of salaries and promotions,
Responsibility for onboarding processes for the new employees (trainings),
Internal trainer function - develop, and conduct training in accordance with the established
program,
Recruitment activities including cooperation with external staff agencies,
Building a positive image of the employer in the local market (employer branding) –
propose and implement the accepted actions,
Creating and update of regulations, procedures connected with the position,
Running other HR projects.
