QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, business administration, or relevant disciplines (CGPA >3.00).
  • At least 6-8 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on Employee Relations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong desire for people development and stakeholder management.
  • Proven project management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Power BI for data analysis and reporting is an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a strategic HR partner focusing on employee relations and the entire HR spectrum.
  • Coordinate the company’s Sustainability Program within the HR Department.
  • Develop and implement policies, programs, and guidelines related to Employee Relations.
  • Plan and coordinate employee engagement events like teambuilding activities and townhalls.
  • Promote health and wellbeing through related initiatives and activities.
  • Conduct employee engagement surveys and analyze feedback for improvement strategies.
  • Provide advice and support to social committees on employee-related programs.
  • Manage HR projects from inception to completion, ensuring strategic alignment.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure alignment on HR initiatives.
  • Undertake other HR-related tasks and initiatives as required.
