Description:

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with HR team and grow in HR expertise in a multinational environment.
You will be part of business unit HR team reporting directly to the Sr HRBP.

Your responsibilities

  • Acts as a strategic partner to the business unit, providing guidance and support in all HR-related matters.
  • Leads and supervise local HR activities.
  • Collaborates with the HR team to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the company’s objectives.
  • Be a sparring partner for the team
  • Supports organizational change initiatives
  • Monitors and analyses HR metrics to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions to improve employee engagement and retention.
  • Collaborates with HR colleagues across different business units and functions to share best practices and ensure consistency in HR processes and policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role, preferably within international companies with a matrix organization.
  • Solid experience in EPCI companies.
  • Used to work in a matrix organization and ability to move in an international environment and balance different stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of HR principles, practices, labor relations and legal regulations in Italy
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights.
  • Team player
  • Italian and English fluent, both written and spoken
