QUALIFICATIONS

  • You have a degree with a focus on HR or a commercial training and/or further education with a background in human resources (e.g. HR specialist or similar)
  • You have approximately 8 years of practical experience in the HR Business Partner model or as an HR Manager
  • You possess excellent knowledge of labor and works constitution law and have experience dealing with employee representative bodies
  • A completed trainer aptitude examination is desirable
  • Proficiency in MS Office products is a given, experience with Workday is a plus
  • You have strong advisory skills, enjoy taking initiative, and have a proactive work approach
  • Your German language skills are excellent, and your English skills are good (both written and spoken)

Responsibilities:

  • You independently manage the entire Employee Life Cycle and advise specialists and managers on all HR-related topics
  • You support personnel development, the implementation of talent reviews and performance management
  • You participate in HR projects and strategy, actively shaping the strategic direction
  • You ensure constructive and trustworthy collaboration with the works council
  • You are involved in recruiting and also have talent acquisition partners to support you
  • Additionally, you are responsible for HR-side supervision of apprentices in cooperation with production supervisors
  • HR controlling, reporting, and analysis of HR KPIs complete your range of responsibilities
