As HR Business Partner you will play a critical role in aligning our HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and needs. You will work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, attract talent and increase productivity. With your proactive approach, organizational development expertise, talent acquisition knowledge and employee counselling skills, you will create the ultimate working environment for our employees, to achieve those ambitions.
