ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a self-motivated, strong communicator who is pragmatic and solutions focused to join our team. We are dedicated to adding value to our stakeholders and doing our part to ensure our business achieves its strategic objectives. Key to your success will be:
- 4 to 5 years HR experience in a broad generalist role in a large organisation
- Success in engaging and influencing stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
- Drive to improve processes and ways of working.
- Sound technical and professional HR knowledge together with good business and commercial awareness.
- Strong experience with employment relations, including change management and performance management.
- Ability to form relationships at all levels to enable you to partner successfully with our employees, leaders, and your colleagues.
- Ability to deliver outcomes which meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Partner with our specialist Workplace Relations, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits and Shared Services teams to deliver high quality and timely advice.
