As a HR Business Partner at Forcepoint, you will be involved in Human Resources supporting implementation of performance reviews, appraisals, stakeholder management, talent management and reviewing all current HR and administrative processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Function as the recognized expert on organizational issues and serve as a trusted advisor and business partner to the organization.
  • Support business units and leadership teams on all HR matters. Develop and implement Human Resources strategies, initiatives, and goals that support company business objectives
  • Partner with business leaders to identify and develop internal talent, reward high performers, and improve retention across the organization
  • Effectively address critical people-related issues
  • Work with business unit leaders to define, develop and maintain a culture that inspires and fosters high employee performance and engagement
  • Act as a collaborative coach with leadership to enhance organizational effectiveness
  • Ensure HR processes and policies are adhered and overall legal compliance
  • Reporting: Creation and management of monthly HR dashboards and data such as staff turnover, utilisation, training hours per person, etc. Collaborating with Management to ensure best practice is in place at all times. Provide effective and efficient HR administration support to the group
  • Learning and Development: Design and implement learning and development framework that develops management teams’ understanding of HR best practice across all areas and fosters a strong leadership culture. Conduct training needs analysis and designs and implement a training plan with input from business and resource management heads
  • Administrative support: Provide effective and efficient administration support to the group

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience working at HR Business Partner / HR Manager level in a multi-functional global organisation with a strong understanding of all functional aspects of HR
  • Strong working knowledge of EMEA employment legislation with practical experience in applying this proactively to resolve related issues
  • Solid expertise of HR policies and procedures with ability to implement new practises or challenge existing processes with credibility
  • Demonstrated ability to deal effectively with ambiguity and lead change, recognize trends and identify systemic approaches to solving problems. Experience working with employees at all levels, multiple groups, multiple geographies and complex environments.
  • Strong business and global acumen, curiosity, learning agility, and learning/growth mindset
  • Strong assessor of talent and able to coach for development, with exceptional consultative and facilitation skills and ability to influence senior leaders
  • Collaborative and drives alignment and teamwork within a team, department, or across organizational boundaries. Combines resources and joins efforts to achieve company-wide goals.
  • Communicates and networks effectively. Successfully influences others.
  • Must have strong computer skills (Excel, Access, Word) and excellent attention to detail
