Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. This role involves collaboration with various departments to enhance leadership capabilities, workforce performance, and overall engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to the mission of the Church and a deep understanding of HR best practices.

  • Partnership: Collaborate with line management and multiple departments to identify and implement business needs, improve leadership capabilities, and drive workforce performance.
  • Talent Development: Develop and deliver tailored training programs, including manager-level and first-time leader programs, to foster leadership and professional growth.
  • Change Management: Provide consultation and support for job changes, organizational design, and local change management initiatives.
  • Performance Management: Coach and calibrate performance management processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • HR Integration: Partner with HR colleagues in Talent Acquisition & Development, Compensation, Legal, and HR policies to ensure cohesive HR operations.
  • Trend Analysis: Translate external business trends into actionable insights and recommend innovative solutions to address organizational challenges.
  • Culture Building: Promote a customer-oriented, Christlike service culture within the organization.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: Extensive experience in HR, with a minimum of 6 years in a related field.
  • Skills: Strong project and change management skills, effective counseling abilities, and excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
  • Certifications: CIPD level 5, SHRM, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of HR operations and best practices, with the ability to build relationships, consult with business leaders, and deliver excellent customer service.
