Description:

YOUR PROFILE:

As an HR Business Partner you will be HR Key Account Manager for Managers/Leaders in assigned Business Unit driving development of People and Culture strategy for GFT Poland.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of experience in HRBP role
  • 5+ years of experience in total in HR area
  • Knowledge of various HR areas (evaluation, promotion and pay review processes is a must)
  • Strong business relationship building and interpersonal skills to become an effective, trusted advisor to the stakeholders
  • Experience in cooperation and influencing business stakeholders
  • Solution focus approach to be able to solve problems/create solutions in people related cases, challenges in cooperation with business and other HR functions
  • Innovative mindset, looking to continuously improve things, challenge status quo
  • Good knowledge and practical use of Polish Labor Law
  • Analytical skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Willingness to travel (Polish offices, 10-15% of time)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide day to day support and coaching for Managers/Leaders on People, Culture and Organization topics
  • Support Managers/Leaders in driving high engagement, job satisfaction and retention across their teams
  • Partner with expert HR teams create and roll out key HR processes and Talent Management initiatives across the business ensuring appropriate support, tools and insight is given to managers (i.e. evaluation, promotion and pay review processes, succession planning)
  • Engage in strategic cross GFT Poland projects and initiatives within HR (i.e. engagement survey, leadership development, DE&I strategy)
  • Use people analytics, other HR data, external research and insight to drive change and support leadership decision making
