We are recruiting for the role of HR Business Partner for our Lisbon Office!

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or relevant work experience in the area;
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a similar position or as Generalist Human Resources Technician;
  • Previous experience in hospitality area preferably in a shared service environment;
  • Rigor, attention to detail, responsibility and autonomy;
  • Availability to travel between the various hotels in the Alentejo area, specifically Beja and Lagoa de Santo André;

Responsibilities:

  • Management recruitment processes for hotel units, ensuring the attraction and retention of talent;
  • Creation job ads with the support of the hotels Manager’s and publication in different recruitment channels;
  • Search and selection of candidates;
  • Assist Hotel Managers in scheduling and conducting interviews as well as in the evaluation of candidates;
  • Map the recruitment sources of the surrounding area;
  • Maintain regulars contacts with employment centres, schools, universities and training centres;
  • Participate in job fairs and other events in the area of employment to attract candidates;
  • Serve as a support adviser to managers and leaders, providing support and guidance on HR issues such as conflict management, restructuring, and employment law;
  • Ensure the correct collection of data to support the process of hiring and payroll;
  • Guarantee that employment contracts are issued, signed and sent to head office;
  • Management of contract renewals processes and exits and support to administrative management of admissions whenever necessary;
  • Control of the biometric system and train users;
  • Support for occupational health management;
  • Issue/elaborate monthly HR metrics;
