We are recruiting for the role of HR Business Partner for our Lisbon Office!
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or relevant work experience in the area;
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a similar position or as Generalist Human Resources Technician;
- Previous experience in hospitality area preferably in a shared service environment;
- Rigor, attention to detail, responsibility and autonomy;
- Availability to travel between the various hotels in the Alentejo area, specifically Beja and Lagoa de Santo André;
Responsibilities:
- Management recruitment processes for hotel units, ensuring the attraction and retention of talent;
- Creation job ads with the support of the hotels Manager’s and publication in different recruitment channels;
- Search and selection of candidates;
- Assist Hotel Managers in scheduling and conducting interviews as well as in the evaluation of candidates;
- Map the recruitment sources of the surrounding area;
- Maintain regulars contacts with employment centres, schools, universities and training centres;
- Participate in job fairs and other events in the area of employment to attract candidates;
- Serve as a support adviser to managers and leaders, providing support and guidance on HR issues such as conflict management, restructuring, and employment law;
- Ensure the correct collection of data to support the process of hiring and payroll;
- Guarantee that employment contracts are issued, signed and sent to head office;
- Management of contract renewals processes and exits and support to administrative management of admissions whenever necessary;
- Control of the biometric system and train users;
- Support for occupational health management;
- Issue/elaborate monthly HR metrics;
