Reporting to the Human Resources Director, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing the people strategy, focusing on developing and implementing impactful HR processes that empower our team and enhance performance. The HRBP provides expert advice and guidance, with a focus on employment relations, performance management, HRIS management, training and employment engagement.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

  • HR tertiary qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role
  • Sound knowledge of employment legislation and regulations and ER best practice
  • Proven experience in driving HR initiatives in a rapidly growing/dynamic company
  • Demonstrated experience in building strong relationships and providing timely HR advice to leaders at all levels
  • An eye for innovation and process improvement
  • Excellent problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities, and meeting deadlines
  • Exemplifies a high degree of confidentiality

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance and support on HR related matters, including employment law, policies, and best practices.
  • Implement HR systems and processes that streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance employee engagement.
  • Ensuring our HRIS is up to date and fully leveraged for maximum impact.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of strategic HR initiatives that supports ARTEMUS’s growth.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement and drive initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive work environment, aligned with our values.
  • Oversee team training and development programs, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
  • Coach and develop the HR Advisor, who reports directly to the HRBP.
