- Shape the Future of HR: Be at the forefront of aligning HR strategies with business goals, ensuring a seamless connection between people and performance
- Empower Leaders: Coach and mentor our leadership team to unlock their full potential and foster a culture of growth and development
- Data-Driven Solutions: Use analytics to spot trends, enhance employee experience, and drive retention and performance improvements
- Be a Trusted Advisor: Provide both strategic and hands-on HR guidance to support daily operations and big-picture business decisions
- Champion Diversity & Inclusion: Promote a fair and inclusive workplace where everyone has the opportunity to succeed

Your Profile
- Degree in business administration/HR or similar field
- Proven HR expertise with generalist experience
- Strong knowledge of Austrian employment law
- Experience in leading change initiatives and talent management
- Interest in new work models and employment trends
- IT literate with experience in HRIS systems (SAP SuccessFactors preferred)
