Based in Blackwood and working across Gwent, Ebbw Vale and RCT, you will enjoy a role with a lot of autonomy and contribute to real, meaningful change. Reporting to the Head of HR you will:
Responsibilities:
- Ideally CIPD Level 5 qualified/working towards or be willing to study towards (CIPD qualification support is provided)
- A true team player, enthusiastic, motivated and approachable
- Well experienced HR Generalist with experience of complex HR casework, disciplinary, grievance, TUPE
- Up to date knowledge of Employment Law
- Flexible, well able to prioritise competing demands
- Analytical with excellent attention to detail
- Accustomed to and enjoy working in a busy, fast paced environment
- Passionate about delivering high standard customer service
- Experience of line management
- Strong IT skills, proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint
- Have driver’s licence and own vehicl
