Sunseeker International is now looking to welcome an experienced and effective HR Business Partner (HRBP) into the Human Resources team at the Sunseeker Shipyards in Poole, Dorset.
As a HRBP, you will be key in building on a strong and positive culture to drive continued success against our People strategy and organisational goals. You will take ownership of all cases within your allocated areas of the business, managing casework and projects relating to discipline, grievance, bullying and harassment, mediation, absence management, engagement, capability and organisational change. As a HRBP at Sunseeker, you’ll strive to develop strong working relationships with the wider management team, to provide proactive support to line managers for all day-to-day operational issues.
