The Regional HR Business Partner must be a strong multifunctional generalist with the ability to operate and influence at all levels of the organization. You will be the primary HR contact and administrator for the assigned region ensuring manager and employee needs are met for today and set up for future success.

Responsibilities:
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL EXECUTE ON:
- Serve as a liaison between employees, management, and Talent team members by providing day to day support and guidance.
- Collaborate with managers to understand business and hiring needs; facilitate the hiring process by participating in or leading recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding activities.
- Lead or execute on transactional core HR processes (e.g., job or compensation changes, new employee orientation, onboarding and exit interviews, leave administration, etc.)
- Handle employment related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, collaborate with appropriate leadership and stakeholders to resolve inquires.
- Provide coaching and guidance to employees and managers regarding employment related policies and procedures.
- Lead employee relations issues and activities, recommending courses of action and/or collaborating with leadership for resolution
- Lead and guide others in in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- Collect and analyze human resources data and make recommendations for changes to management.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law. Provide input and recommendations to leadership regarding policy and program changes to ensure continued compliance and best practices.
- Maintain employee documentation and support system (HRIS) activities
- Collaborate with Talent team and business leadership to administrate Talent programs and activities including performance evaluations, annual merit, open enrollment, etc.
- Support other talent/HR related programs as needed
IN THIS ROLE YOU’LL NEED:
- Bachelor’s degree plus four (4) or more years of HR related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Willing to travel 25% of the time to office locations
